1️⃣ Return & Exchange Conditions
Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
The product must meet the following conditions:
In its original condition.
Unused and not installed.
Not damaged.
Returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
A valid order number or purchase invoice must be provided.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
Products that have been used or installed.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Personal or hygienic products after opening or installation.
Products clearly stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page.
3️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a product that is:
Damaged,
Has a manufacturing defect, or
Different from what was ordered,
KRISTYMALL will:
Bear all shipping costs.
Offer a replacement or a full refund, based on the customer’s preference.
⏱️ The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos showing the problem.
4️⃣ Return & Exchange Process
Contact KRISTYMALL Customer Service.
Provide the reason for the return or exchange along with the order number.
Wait for approval and return the product via the approved shipping company.
After inspection:
The product will be exchanged, or
The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5️⃣ Shipping Fees
The customer bears the shipping cost if the return or exchange is not due to an error by the store.
KRISTYMALL bears the shipping cost if the issue is due to a store error or manufacturing defect.
6️⃣ Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment with a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, the return policy outlined above will apply.
7️⃣ General Terms
KRISTYMALL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
The store reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
KRISTYMALL reserves the right to amend this policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
